hey um clickwir where im from it does not snow but it does rain alot im from HAWAII and i dont need to turn down the power even when its raining cause when it rains i drive carefully because i have tottalled alot of cars in the rain

wiseco pistons are great, and cost less than JE yet handle as much power.

If you want power on and off use VTEC.
You wont make serious naturally asperated (streetable) power you'll have to go VTEC.

A good port job on the head (not just a shine job), Crower #62403 cams, Crower #84162 spring and retainer kit and about 10.5-11:1 compression with JE/Ross/Wiseco pistons will work with a stock ECU and make good power. Put a good computer in there and you can put in the bigger 62404 cam and make some pretty serious power.
