Default ITR All Motor..........What to do!?

Well I got an ITR Swap with ITR trans with LSD in my EK. I am going to be going all motor on this one. Just looking for suggestions on what I should do. Cams, valvetrain, ETC.

set a budget and hp goal and work from there. 200whp with that engine isnt too difficult but every 10whp or so above that get's progressively harder and costly.

Well budget isn't the worst part, jsut need to know part wise, I am goign to send the head out to portflow in cali for a full P&P and valve job. Thinkin OMNI Power valvetrain and the Buddy CLub Spec 3 cams. Are tehre better all motor cams out there?

Better depends on what you want out of a cam, and what kind of compression you're going to run. High rpm power? Smog legal? Streetable? Race cam?

I'd get some better valvetrain than Omnipower.

bcIII's have a nice midrange but start to fall off at 7-7.5k.

for a stock b18c5 i would look at rm m22x, bcIV, or skunk2 pro1 and a good header. this will really wake it up.

Skunk2 stage 2's make good top end power, no matter how old they are. o:

Ok, well I want a cam that is goign to scream and pull really hard. I know I might sound like a ricer,, but I am into Turbo, and I am working on my friends car. But it will be a STOCK ITR bottom end, and I am going to fully do the head and cahgne the IM, TB and all of that. Prolly run Hondata S300 on it. Or something to that effect. So if you guys could list up some different cams and dyno sheets that would be awesome. Remember stock below the head.

it all depends on what you're looking for, but you HAVE to do the research yourself! We can tell you which cams to look at (Toda, Jun, Skunk2, BuddyClub, M22X) but it all depends on what your preference is and then go from there! It's tough to get accurate #'s from a dyno sheet on any set of cams because it may not always contain all of the mods that have been done to the motor!! the list of cams that i gave you all have great cams, now you should research each one, look at the different levels of cams for each one and make a choice based on your research!!
