skunk2 pro1
rm m22x

for a stock block itr. i would also look into a thinner headgasket for a slight bump in compression.

Also, I will be goign with the flat Faced valves, for a bump in compression, so the thin headgasket coupled with the flat faced valves should work niceley.

If your having head work done, I would go with supertech valves. They are available in a flat face design, and are nitride coated. Proven strong several times. Make sure you use retainers with a "snap fit" design, they don't wear as quick. RM or Supertech valve springs and retainers are my preference.

If your next post doesn't contain your horsepower goal for the build I'm going to close the thread.

I am going to use the Supertech valves, I think, and go with the Rocket motorsports cams and valve springs, not sure. But I am looking to make around 220 to the wheels with full headwork and tune. Is it possible to do that and can I go higher!?

Well what is a somewhat reasonable goal then!? Because "qtiger" was gettin' pissy cause I didn't say how much HP I was looking to make.

yeah but the the usdm itr wheel horse power is more like 170-175 at the wheels and the jdm is about 200 at the wheels. the goal with any N/A or turbo set-up is Wheel horse power!
