on the engine thing i would recommend using itr pistons on the b18c in order to give you an 11:1 compression ratio. This ratio is what i feel is the best for a reliable daily driver. You would still have to use premium gas. Any higher compression ratio is going to lead to detonation. The built head on stock bottom isn't going to hurt anything for now. As far as the ecu i am running a skunk 2 chipped ecu in my 93 da9 with a 9k rev limiter and I have no problems.

Oh by the way you want the jdm type r pistons(p72-00).
