no, those on inline four are indeed itr valves.

they're different in that they're necked and lighter. and they will fit.

Yes, they will fit and I will confirm this. I am running 7 GSR intake valves and 1 ITR valve. :exnbp:
It was all the dealer had at the time when I bent a valve.

Save some money and just get some SUPERTECH valves there reasonbly priced and reliable...

with my built head set-up..........what compression should i go for with a gsr block........someone recommended like 9.8.1 or high nines for daily driver application but i was thinking that this might be a little low? My head is almost built and i wanna decide wat im gonna do before the machine shop is done.

If you don't intend on boosting, that is too low. For an N/A built 11.5-12:1 would be a good compression ratio.

Yeah, that shouldn't be a problem. I am assuming you have some sort of engine management lined up because you can't just slap all this together and expect it to run right with the stock ECU.

also depends on what octane you have. 91 octane i wouldnt go over 12:1. 93 and up you can get away with 12:1+ with a good tune.
