Need info for D17A2
hey guys wats up I have a 02 civic EX sedan with a D17A2 engine, im trying to make a turbo for my car but i need more all info on wat i need for internals so i dont blow up my 1.7 block. gracias!!!

How much boost you looking to run? Honestly I've seen nothing even remotely impressive turbocharging the D17.
Unlike the D16Z6 or D16Y8, the D17A2 has VTEC-E which is an extremely conservative cam profile combined with other wonderful fuel sipping technology which makes for an absolutely terrible engine for performance.
If you really wanted results, I would pocket the cash you have aside for your turbo fund and save up for a K20A2 swap. It'll be faster than your D176A2 boosted project.
