88 integra engine swap question
hi,
i have an 88 integra lss. everything is stock with 141 k on it. i want to swap the engine to make it more reliable and perhaps more power. I am using this car as a daily driver. Is there any suggestions on what motor i can put in it? i am a student so i dont have much money. Something that isnt too expensive but will give me more reliability. Thanks for your help.

for a little more power you should consider a b16a swap, or a b17a (if you can find one). My friend has one in his G2 Teg, and it goes awesome. It goes even better with some top end stuff, which can be picked up for retalivity cheap (see type r). As for reliability, stick with Naturally Asperated, it came that way, and was intended that way. Have you had any specific problems with you integra? That car should be pretty reliable to start with.
