k, first off...to set the record straight...Scion's do NOT use turbo's nor supercharger's on their cars....as of yet. Seeing as how these are the 1st generations. Also...I seriously doubt Toyota would make an engine, mate a turbo to it and only get 150 hp out of it, so re-think that. Next...the amount of aftermarket equipment out for the tC's are very limited, but the ones that are out are VERY expensive...and not everybody has that kind of money to spend...hence the DIY section of HAN, . Just tell skoopa if it's do-able or not.

Sorry about that. Back when they first introduced the tC, they said it came with a turbocharged engine. I guess they changed their minds. I checked and it does come with a 2.4L DOHC engine but the best it could do was 160 hp. Same difference in my book.

No they don't, I looked into getting one and never came across that option. I mean I test drove one, had payments worked out and was about to buy...but something came up...so I KNOW there's not a Supercharger option. :kthanksbye:

No shit it comes with a 2.4L DOHC...he said that in the first post. He's not gonna lie about his engine, especially if he needs specifics on if something will work and the material will need to be precise.

Dildohead, I don't keep up with the gay Scion cars, so I assumed that they came turboed because they said they did when they introduced the concept back in April. I doesn't matter what they come with, they are gay and underpowered, so I rest my case.

yeah, that's for the Solara...but we're talking about the SCION tC's...k? Keep with the program. All you have to do is visit www.scion.com and see that they don't have any optional forced induction equipment. It's not that hard to go and look instead of making assinine remarks. :madfawk:

What makes you think I would waste my time looking up the specs for a hideously ugly, underpowered, overpriced piece of garbage? I would rather be ignorant because whether it is turbocharged or just a larger engine, my point is still proven.
