I think he would benefit greatly from a tunable chip instead of a 'read-only' chip (if that makes sense). A Hondata or uberdata would probably work well because you can tune it for your N/A setup and then change it when you go with boost.

Something to consider.

I agree. But for a stock LSVTEC, or with just bolt ons...I think all that tuning is overkill. However, if you plan on going bigger and better in the future, it's a great investment.

as i do plan, this ls/vtec is to hold me over for college. Then I plan on going ls/vtec boost which is where i know i would need hondata or uberdata. But I would like to run something cost effective until then.
