Well ive come to the conclusion thus far that its something axle related. The motor doesnt rock or anything so its not a broken motor mount. I dont think its the tranny because it shifts fine and theres nothing leaking. I havent had a chance to look at it yet because of working 10-6 leaves me with little to no daylight. I hope to take a look at it tomorrow. Anyone think it might be a bent axle? i think thats what it might be. Ill needa take a look and make sure everything is tight first then trouble shoot from there. If its the axle hopefully ill be able to change it out tomorrow and have this problem delt with. If anyone still has any ideas of what the exact problem could be let me know im open to new things to check i dont wanna go replacing stuff untill im possitive its the right thing. An update is that going slow there is slight clicking and noise (in excess to the excessive vibration that increases with speed) ive narrowed down to being on the passenger side. If no one has any other ideas ill be sure to keep you posted on the outcome.

Humm.. i really doubt that it's a bent axle .. especially on the passenger side.. i mean, it's possible but very unlikely. Don't understand how it would get bent & it's a lot shorter than the ddriver side axle... well either way.. let us kno. & best of luck.

does the clicking happen more when your accelerating or maintining a certain speed?

More or less when turning or going straight?

i can hear a click when going straight, not sure if it clicks going around the turns or not.

I think the clicking i can hear more at low speeds id have to pay more attention. Tomorrow i finally take a look at it its been a hectic week. Ill let you know then.

starting to sound a lot like the CV shaft.. replace the whole thing.. should be good to go.. there really isn't much else that will click when accellerating from low speeds.

Yea i could definatly use a garage . Does anyone know how to tell if the intermediate shaft is still good? The bearing has a little bit of play if that helps any. Ive got it out of my car and got the intermediate shaft and axle apart had to take them both out cause they were stuck together. Id rather be able to know instead of putting it all back in then finding out that was part of the problem as well. Also does anyone know how much power the stock intermediate shaft is good for without being prone to breaking?
Thanks
Matt

P.S. When i was trying to pull the axle out of the intermediate shaft the inner cv joint broke pretty easily, do you think thats a sign that it was bad and the reason for the clicking and what not?
