Been chasing this bitch forever. It skips badly when cold, then progressively gets better as it heats up but never completely goes away.

I did find a vacuum leak, the intake manifold gasket, and had that replaced ~1.5 months ago.

I have an aftermarket cap and rotor and plug wires, all of which are being replaced with brand new OEM supplies tomorrow.

Valve adjustment was recently done, EGR valve is not clogged, ICV screen was cleaned a month ago.

I'm running out of ideas. It idles a tad low at ~500RPM when hot.

Check your ECT. I had that problem before, when it was cold it idled bad and when the engine warmed up it idled fine.
