obd1 transmission with obd2 engine.. any problems???

Default obd1 transmission with obd2 engine.. any problems???
would there be any problems if i used a 94-95 (s80) ls transmission with a 2000 ls motor?

Nope.

Only thing you have to worry about with b series trannies is if they are cable or hydro. You're fine.
