Default Wastegate leak

Ok... I have the fmax turbo setup on my 01 prelude... ever since ive had the kit on the car the wastegate has always started leaking at the manifold... I have a bran new tial wastegate and had my manifold takin off and the mounting flange machined so it was perfectly flat... but yet it still leaks out of the same spot on the manifold... No matter how many gaskets you put on there 1,2,3 it doesnt matter... the gasket just burns up and starts leaking... Im all out of ideas to fix this problem... ANY SUGESTIONS WOULD REALLY HELP... Thanks

Did you put the aluminum ring into the wastegate flange where it mounts up? It should fit inside of the bottom flange.

If you did, have you tried some copper high heat gasket sealer?

I use the gaskets sold here: http://www.roadraceengineering.com/tial.htm (very bottom of the page)
The ones that came with my turbo kit burned up quickly and leaked like you said. These have not leaked yet and I also use the copper sealer.

hih
