Default wiring harness question

I'm wondering if a '95 OBD1 B18C1 engine harness will work on a '95 JDM B18C engine in a '99 OBD2 teg.

I know that the swap is 'technically' illegal because of the older motor/newer car, but someone else is asking me so...

A quick response would be great.

Thanks!
Josh

It will plug into the motor fine and pretty sure the harness will plug into the canon plugs, but there may be differences in what wires are where.
