need ecu advice/help
If you're going to be tuning with an AFC then there's not much point of converting to OBD1. The AFC will provide enough adjustability, even if it is "ugly."
That said, the reason no shops around you will tune a lower level Hondata is because only certified Hondata dealers have the equipment on hand to do so. According to Hondata's site there's a shop in Greensboro, NC which is an authorized dealer: http://www.turbotuneusltd.com/
I dunno exactly how close that'd be to you, but sometimes we must go off the beaten path in pursuit of that which will make us happy.

Well, I've decided to get the V-AFC and CTR's for now, but how will I raise my redline when I need to in the future? Which ECU will I need?
