Default 95 EX Overheating..Fan Not Coming On While Idleing..

I have a 95 EX Auto, and I'm overheating while sitting in traffic. I changed the thermostat about three months back( upper rad hose is hot), changed water pump and timing belt yesterday, coolant is fine, both fans are working, except while I'm running hot. I checked my passenger side fan when the car was overheating, and it wasn't on. I turned the car off, and the fan came on. Do I need to replace a thermo switch?? If so where is it?? Is it the same as a temp sensor?? what about fan relays?? Where are they?? I know there is one by the under hood fuse compartment, but is that the only one??

on the radiator there may be a thermswitch near the fan on the side of the endtank.
its possible you have air in the system, or a bad radiator cap/reservoir tank hose is clogged.

Ok,.. the fan came on while sitting in traffic today.
Could it be that it's still might be going bad??
I have no air in the system, I bled it yesterday. Reservoir is not clogged, and I changed the rad cap before and it was still over heating, so I put the old cap back on and changed the water pump and timing belt.
Which side is the therm switch located?? What does it look like?? Is it one of the green plugs??

i cant swear to a specific location but its the only wires going into the actual radiator, not counting the fan or shroud of course. and its located on one of the endtanks (there are only 2). that should narrow it down for ya

I know there are a few connectors, but I'm not sure what actually gets replaced.
If the fans are coming on,.. doesnt that mean that they're okay??
