SiR-II wont start

SiR-II wont start
I just put in a sir-II in my 95 civic dx. Im using a p30 ecu and have all wires done. It cranks over but doesn't start. Also the plugs are wet when i pull them. Finally I didn't add a knock sensor. Any help would be good. Thanks
