Default Best sub - $200 OBD 2 reader?

I couldn't find a thread via search on this subject so my apologies if I missed it.

Basically looking to purchase an OBD 2 reader but not so badly that I'm willing to spend more than $200. While I own all the shop manuals for my vehicles (2002 Odyssey / 2009 Accord / 2004 F-150) I make no assumptions that I'll recognize the codes so guides or equivalents easily accessible on the net would be worth while.

Thanks,

-robert

I was sceptical about what I'm about to say a few months ago myself, however I ordered a bluetooth obd2 scanner and I was amazed at how great it works. The brand I went with is called veepeak, me and my brother have both used it dozens of times and best part was it's less then $30 canadian. You just plug it in and hook up your phone or laptop and you can get any information you need! I swear I'm not paid to say this just want to make it more known that they definitely can be a cheap and effective option
