Bseries sleeves
I'm 90% sure I'm going to be getting AEBS sleeves with the new B18C1 block I'm going to build. I've heard nothing but good things about them and they say that they're tested up to 55 psi of boost :eek3:

Well, I believe they're tested at 55 PSI after being machined, but that's obviously completely different than standing up to 55 PSI coming off a turbo. Compressed air out of a tank is going to be colder than room temp, and that turbo would be cherry red.
I've never seen any comparison whatsoever of any of the sleeves available for the B series engines. And other than a couple people jabbering about this sleeve or that sleeve dropping after installation, I haven't heard bad about any of them.

Golden Eagle mgf. sleeves have probably the best rep of any out there. They offer 2 kinds, econo (on an application like yours, that would probably limit you to ~17-20 psi, its a ductile iron floating sleeve, similar to stock in design, just a harder material) and race (w/ deck-level reinforcements [like the aebs sleeves]) that can handle anything you care to throw at them... these are the sleeves used by professional racers like kubo, bergenholtz, etc...
:edit: the three that I would consider (for a setup like yours--or rather what yours hopefully will be soon) would be aebs = GE mfg. (race) > darton... i wouldn't mess with anything else.

the only problems I've ever heard of w/ ge sleeves were from improper installation... I've never heard of a problem with the ge race sleeves when installed by ge themselves... usually people either try to weld them in (thus ruining the heat-treatment process and causing them break or drop), or have them installed by a local shop. I would stand behind GE... the sleeves you buy from them are the same ones that support 1000+ hp in Gary Gardella's 8.4 second honda.
:edit: not to be one of those "I heard..." guys, I've been researching sleeves for a while now, but no personal exp.
