Golden Eagle mgf. sleeves have probably the best rep of any out there. They offer 2 kinds, econo (on an application like yours, that would probably limit you to ~17-20 psi, its a ductile iron floating sleeve, similar to stock in design, just a harder material) and race (w/ deck-level reinforcements [like the aebs sleeves]) that can handle anything you care to throw at them... these are the sleeves used by professional racers like kubo, bergenholtz, etc...

:edit: the three that I would consider (for a setup like yours--or rather what yours hopefully will be soon) would be aebs = GE mfg. (race) > darton... i wouldn't mess with anything else.
