im lookin at these jdm engines from total-boost.com and the numbers are
b18cg1 94-96 integra gs-r
b18cg2 97-01 integra gs-r
b18crg1 96-97 integra type r
b18crg2 98-01 integra type r
what do these line up with for usdm? thanks for your help in advance.

 

like what engine would each be in america... b18c1 b18c5? are the type r's c5 and the gs-r c1?

 

yes the usdm itr engine is the b18c5 and the usdm gsr engine is the b18c1

 

none of those engine would be exactly like the usdm versions.

jdm gsr engines have higher compression than usdm ones.
jdm type r engines have higher compression also
the 97+ type r engines had a different final drive taht wasn't even an option in the US.
all jdm engines are obd1, while most engines from 96 on here were obd2.
