Default pistons and rods ?

WOuld b16a2's pistons stand to Turbo operation. Would the pistons have a damage?
Would high compression make a problem?
What is the limit of pistons for maximum psi?

High compression eliminates your margin error concerning acceptable air/fuel ratios without detonation. By starting out with a lower compression engine, you can "sneak up" on the proper tune, along with increasing boost to meet your power goals. With high compression, if you're not nearly dead on from the beginning, detonation will kill ANY piston, especially the ring lands.

It depends on what motor you're putting them in. A stock B16A can stand up to a decent level of boost assuming that there is enough fuel making it into the engine to prevent running lean and detonating. However if you put B16A pistons in say, a B18C1 for example, then you would have a compression ratio of about 11.4:1 which is pretty freakin high for a turbocharged motor and would be a major pain to get dialed in correctly, not to mention it would limit the amount of boost that you could run.
