It depends on what motor you're putting them in. A stock B16A can stand up to a decent level of boost assuming that there is enough fuel making it into the engine to prevent running lean and detonating. However if you put B16A pistons in say, a B18C1 for example, then you would have a compression ratio of about 11.4:1 which is pretty freakin high for a turbocharged motor and would be a major pain to get dialed in correctly, not to mention it would limit the amount of boost that you could run.
