Default type s aint that fast

backround first. I drive an all stock 94 integra gs-r. It was around 40 degrees out.

i was driving along and see a white car behind me. I think it is my freind in his new civic si so i turn right and wait for him to try and floor it around me. As soon as i see him get on the gas i hit and and start wtih about a car length ahead of him i shift to second and his staying wtih me which im thinking is weird i shift to third and he has moved up a half a car on me. We both stop a little way threw 3rd and come up to a stop sign. I notice thats it's another freind of mine in his 2002 rsx type s with v2 intake, dc sports header, greedy evo exaust, some 17's and some nice tires. I signal for third honk and we both rev it up for the launch. on third honk i launch at 4500 and cath pretty well. i jump a car to two cars off the launch and he doesn't gain much up to where we stopped at 70mph we slow down again and decided to do a 20 punch on third honk. I rev it up to luanch into first agin i honk once honk again and the mother****er takes off so i take off also and am neverable to cathc up by the time we hit 120 he has maybe 3 cars one of which was prolly form jumping the gun. But overall not that impressive for the mods he had and that fact that he starts out with 30 more hp

Compared to a GS-R, no. Cars that are very close in terms of acceleration like those two are won't really end up in a huge win. But it's still a fast car, and faster than your Integra.

a type-S should be a good race for a bolton GSR

a type-S with a 6 spd and a half competant driver would ape rape a bolton GSR

your GSR is slow

end of story
