Got wreckless driving, need help!!!!!

i had recently got pulled over for 91 in a 65 and i had no insurance on that car at the time.. i have a court date for january 5th
this is in california.
my supervisor at work says that when i go before the judge that I ask to speak with a district attorney, they can usually work with you and get you a cheaper fine.
also ill be bringing proof of insurance with me when i go to court.
opinions on the district attourney part? I am not familiar with this.

damn dude, no insurance is a big biotch. Sorry to hear that, well today i had to go to court and both me and my buddy pleaded not guilty so we have another court day on the 27th of January. We got a public defender. Guess we will see what happens.

That's pretty much how it goes...The next court date is when you'll find out if the deferral process is an option to you...Sorry to say, it's not always the case in which you're provided with a deferral option....but because you don't have anything on your record, i'd say you have a very high chance of getting a deferral. Tell me how it goes =^_^=

u could lie and say there was sometin wrong wit ur clutch. go to a mechanic and ask him to write out some bullshit form. remember, playing the system is a good thing, thats why we have it. there is no justice, only the way u interperit the law

my buddy gotta ticket for reckless driving and got arrested.
He spent the night in jail, got bailed out for $100 and spent a couple of hundred dollars on a lawyer and at the court, he paid about $500 fine.
You're lucky your ass didn't get arrested.
Plus reckless driving is 4 points.
If I were you, I would get me a lawyer and fight the ticket.
