Sigh....now all i can really say is good luck, i'm sorry about your situation, and expect the worse....cause that's what you're gunna get. The law doesn't take two time offenders very well, especially when they're in a several month time frame of eachother.

I honestly feel terrible for you, cause i can somewhat sympathize for you, as i kinda know how you feel. =( good luck man...you'll need it.

I was sympathetic to your situation with the first ticket, and tried to help. You weren't speeding or doing anything too crazy (hell, I squeal the tires when I don't even mean to... and I've been pulled over for that) and you got a ticket when he could have easily said "I'll give you a warning... so you'd better stop that shit."
But I have no sympathy for you getting ticketed for exceeding the posted limit by over 70% on a road with mailboxes and houses (and besides, you were a dick to me for no good reason). It would suck if you get your license taken away or if your insurance drops you... but maybe then you'll have some time to think about how it was really stupid to do something like that, or how much more it would suck if you had smacked a 4 year old when you were joyriding in a residential area.

Yeaaa anyways.

Guys does anyone know if you move to a different state and you get a new license there, do the tickets still follow you or is it like a fresh start because we are suppose to move in the near future so im just wandering if im still screwed even in other states.

Thanks

Tickets follow you in 75% of the states (thanks to SSN). You'll find it's hard (pretty much impossible) to get a license in a state you are not a resident of unless you join the military. Even if you do, you'll likely have to change your vehicle registration & insurance.
Yeah, to sum it up, it's pretty much unrealistic to think you'll get out of this easily. Get a lawyer and maybe they can talk you out of most/all of it for a hefty fee. Overall, that's your best option, IMO.

Acutally I got really lucky. The cop was new and failed to print my license number clearly. That was all it took. Now I cant imagine you'd be that lucky. Most cops are really tidy with the paperwork. You need a lawyer for sure. If for nothing else just to try and get it pleaded down to a lesser charge. In my state Wreckless Driving is a criminal miss-da-MEANOR! You dont want that shit on your driving record. It sucks but you kinda screwed around and got caught thats how it goes sometimes, just be smart about HOW you deal with the conseqences. GET A LAWYER BRO!
