Tickets follow you in 75% of the states (thanks to SSN). You'll find it's hard (pretty much impossible) to get a license in a state you are not a resident of unless you join the military. Even if you do, you'll likely have to change your vehicle registration & insurance.
Yeah, to sum it up, it's pretty much unrealistic to think you'll get out of this easily. Get a lawyer and maybe they can talk you out of most/all of it for a hefty fee. Overall, that's your best option, IMO.
