Hello,

this is my first post and im in desperate need of help! as the title of the post states neither the radiator fan nor the condensor fan will come on in my 2002 civic lx. i have check all the fuses, relays and replaced the thermostat and the therom switch! I have searched the web for days looking for an answer to no avail!! and i really dont want to take my car to the local rip off artists at the honda dealer. any ideas would help!!!
