Cleaning Engine Bay
air filter is already covered in ur teg, distributor is the black thing that the spark plugs connect to on the left side of ur engine (when ur looking at it) u should also avoid getting ur alternator wet, but to make it easy just let it dry off for a good hour b4 starting it up again, and everything will be fine

First let your engine cool completely.
Then idle the car for about 5-10mins, you want the engine warm to the touch but not radiating heat.
Turn the engine off. And disconnect the battery lead.
Cover filter, distributor and plugs.
I used "STP foaming engine degreaser", spray the entire compartment (do not go outside the compartment or you can say bye-bye to your paint job).
Let it foam and sit for about 15 mins.
Take your garden hose and use flat-spray attachment to wash everything down.
Then take "EagleOne: All tire and wheel cleaner", and spray liberally over everything (stay in the compartment though!).
Let sit for 5 mins.
Wash down compartment again.
Uncover everything, and reconnect battery lead (make sure there's no corrosion first! ) and idle engine for 30 mins or until the water has evaporated.
