Having an extremely sensitive alarm helps. When one of my friends bought her prelude vtec, people where messing with it every night. She got all her emblems stolen, keyed, someone tried to brake in but couldn't. As soon as she put her alarm on, people stopped messing with it, but that was after her alarm was going off all the the time in the middle of the night for a little while.

 

yah i love mine, if u make loud noises around it itll give u warning beeps, but then again ppl's stereos set it off with a good amount of base, but u cant even lay somtehing on the hood without it going off, i love it, only cost about 150 bucks but i installed it myself

 

sounds like a good idea. i will have to put in the cash to get an alarm.
