The 90-91 Civic Sedan EX has big front breaks, but you must have a 15" rim. you can swap the parts up no probs. For all you people that are doing the rear disk dont forget to change you Proportioning Valve. Drums has a "3030" setup. you want the "4040" disk setup. It is also a good idea to upgrade the Master Cylinder. DX and SI are 13/16" us the EX, It has a 15/16" or Integra 1" (You will need the booster to if you use this one). If you have a sedan use the 90-93 integra E-Break Cables.

Default Is it possible...

...to swap disc's onto a stock 4G Civic HB STD??? If so what would I have to use as a donor set?

Thanks

I have a quick question....This is for my cousin actually, he's currently working on his 92 hatch, and was wondering, does anyone make a rear disc conversion for this year Civic? If so, who? Also, would it be possible to just install the rear disc from any-other Honda/Acura, if so which? I should say, he's trying to get the B16B put in for an engine or the B16A, don't know if that'll help....thank you.....

ok i have the trailing arms from a 90-93 integra i know how everything works i took it out of the integra with no problem(thank you fourthgenhatch for the how-to) i have everything i need only thing is the e-brake cables were crap from the integra so i went to acura and ordered new ones which are expensive but i figured what the hell... now one of you stated that the e-brake cables can be drilled out and a screw put in its place when the new ones are put it (thats what i took out of it i could be wrong) so if new ones can get put in and it will be kept in its place with a screw then technically i can use the crx e-brake cables instead of the integra yes/no? i mean i got to buy those too cuz mine dont work but im sayin at least i dont have that "extra slack" that everyone keeps talking about and no one wants to be exact on how creative one must be in order for that "extra slack" not to show or affect in any kind of way.... thanks.

oh and to those who after this whole thread still have the oddesity to ask if there is a rear disc to drum conversion for thier cousins car... come on now read the damn thread!

Pharmacist------BLOW ME.......AIIGHT.....OH yeah, i ain't one to talk sh** online but someone like you, is someone whom i like to call IGNORANT, meaning your the type that jumps on peoples' back when all they need is a simple response, i don't think that would kill anyone...why don't you give me the address to that street corner you work at, and TRUST ME, i'll be there, and so no one else will know the address, its cool if you send it to me, via a private message, dogg don't talk sh** to someone you know NOTHING about....obviously my question WASN'T ansewered, reason for me to ask...this is a forum, right? What, Michigan past a law that you can't work street corners no more, that's why you gotta move....
