mpfi swap engine flooding!!! HELP!!!

heres a question did u change your intake manifold gasket?, i did the swap a long ass time ago when i was 17 and i though i could just use any ole' gasket and i had to change my intake cuz the seal between the 4th cylinder and the coolant was broke which caused coolant to seep into the IM runner and right in to my cylinder

yes.

its a 1992 civic dx engine. we used a crx si ecu and distributor. do we have to swap of the map sensor????

It was limiting at 3k, we re set the tming and that fixed the problem!! however the car still wont stay running unless you have your foot on the gas. any ideas?????????? do we need to switch out the dx dpfi map sensor for a si mpfi map sensor????
