"Distributor problem"? As in timing, or perhaps an Ignition Coil or something like that?

I just now remembered i have another "fuel system cleaner" pill left (i bought too before the winter). I'll just use it on my next tank, see if anything good happens.

if that doesnt work do spark plugs then wires, then distributor

Yeah, it feels like it hits flat spots too sometimes when I am WOT through the rev range.

ok assuming you got the c&r from honda, lets try this.

compression check

timing, also check eack wire individually with inductive pickup of TL

injectors, and i dont mean the flush, i mean check elec with noid light to make sure you still have nice conduction, check resistance, if all ok pull em and have someone throw em on a flow meter (prolly 20-30 bucks)

check fuel pressure

It seems like putting back the old spark plug wires fixed this. Guys that were fixing the head screwed up my wires! Doh...well, everything runs fine again.
