GreddyTurbo PSI....beating a WRX
I have a 88 CRX SI. I have done almost every little engine bolt on imaginable
AEM Cam Gear
AEM Pully Set
OBX 4-1 Racing Headers
Ground Wire Kit
ZC Camshaft
NGK Spark Plugs
APC 10.3MM Racing Spark Plug Wires
Racing Catback Exhaust
Voltage Stabilizer
Injen Cold Air Intake
AEM Bypass Valve
JDM D16 Motor
DSM 450CC Racing Fuel Injectors
250 Walbro Fuel Pump
Fluidyne Half Radiator
Power Chip
Mobil 1 Synthetic Motor Oil 10W30
OBX High Flow Intake Manifold
I think there is more but I can't think right now. I just bought a greddy turbo kit and I have stock internals except for the camshaft. I was thinking about running 7PSI on a daily driver. I want power but at the same time drive to college everyday and not blow my motor. I could lower it to 6PSI but I dont want to go to low. So I would like to know what is a good PSI to be at to beat a WRX as well as try to get decent gas mileage. I know the the headers will eb useless after I install the turbo.

You are just going to have to determine it yourself man. It's hard to say because boost will react differently on every motor. I've seen stock b18b's push 300whp daily driven for year worth of time. I've seen stock motors push lower numbers for years... I've seen a built motor die to 5psi. It really depends. A conservative tune by a highly recommended tuner is definitely going to be a smart investment.

all I can say is don't get ballsy and keep bringing boost up, you WILL blow something.
Get it done right, after its all installed invest in some hours of tuning

completely and totally, without any reserve whatsoever, in any case, form or fashon, forget about beating the sti.
you run the risk of damage to your motor no matter what you do with a turbo setup.
you should quit worrying about everyone elses car, your car is pretty cool. Be happy with it and do the mods that make you happy. If you want a ultra dominator consider a muscle car.
If you are stuck on the forced induction idea, just take the right precautions. You shouldnt have bought a turbo already without knowing what all your options and preferences are. You really want to take the precautions to minimize damage to your motor you are going to be doing alot of work to your completely torn down motor. You also are going to look up and learn about turbo support systems (see hondata website). You should have learned all about this before the turbo purchase though.
If i were you i would sell the turbo, yank the gsr/si killer =), and throw yourself a nice little b series motor, or a ZC, bolt on what you can (and whats effective, not gimmicky) and enjoy. You will have good gas mileage as you said you want, and you will be relatively quick.
