Default GreddyTurbo PSI....beating a WRX

I have a 88 CRX SI. I have done almost every little engine bolt on imaginable

AEM Cam Gear
AEM Pully Set
OBX 4-1 Racing Headers
Ground Wire Kit
ZC Camshaft
NGK Spark Plugs
APC 10.3MM Racing Spark Plug Wires
Racing Catback Exhaust
Voltage Stabilizer
Injen Cold Air Intake
AEM Bypass Valve
JDM D16 Motor
DSM 450CC Racing Fuel Injectors
250 Walbro Fuel Pump
Fluidyne Half Radiator
Power Chip
Mobil 1 Synthetic Motor Oil 10W30
OBX High Flow Intake Manifold

I think there is more but I can't think right now. I just bought a greddy turbo kit and I have stock internals except for the camshaft. I was thinking about running 7PSI on a daily driver. I want power but at the same time drive to college everyday and not blow my motor. I could lower it to 6PSI but I dont want to go to low. So I would like to know what is a good PSI to be at to beat a WRX as well as try to get decent gas mileage. I know the the headers will eb useless after I install the turbo.
