Default squealing sound at low speeds

i got integra front brakes, and the stock 90 civic drums in the back. when im going slow like driving up thru a drive thru. i hear this squealing sound but when i stop the noise stops. it doesnt happen at high speeds. maybe my e-break cable is stuck? any ideas?

How old are the pads? Maybe the wear indicators are squealing.

Have you tried cleaning them with brake cleaner? Dirty brakes can make noises, too.

find out if it does it when you turn right or left...it is most likely something to do with the pads...the pad holder (metal bracket) could be rubbing up against the rotor (look at the rotor for grooves)

it's hard to tell without hearing it or driving it to try all these different things
