Default OBD Location

I have a 1990 Civic Sedan and recently had the check engine light turn on. I have access to a hand scanner so I want to read the code. My question is: Where is the connector located for me to hook up the scanner? I will either be using the Snap-On scanner or OTC Genesis.
Thanks In Advance

Default codes

you don't need a scanner for your car - the ECU is located in the passenger side footwheel under the carpet - raise the carpet and expose the ECU - you will see a flashing red light on top of the ECU - it will flash a number of times, pause, and flash again - count the number of flashes between pauses and that will tell you the code - could be more than one code - once you have determined the code look here to see what it means:
