As in Custom I mean I need to make one because no aftermarket companys make one for my car. So in other words how do I build a Intake for my car. since it isn't fuel injected and the intake is on top of the motor.

Your car uses a carburator. You really don't make tube type intakes for those unless you are really obsessive about what you are doing.

On that engine and with a stock carb, you're just wasting your time.

You know what does it matter to you if i am waisting my time or not. I just asked a simple question and wanted help in doing this. I know that my car is Carborated. Thats why i asked this question in the first place. I just need to know what parts I need to be able to do this. Isn't that what this board is for is to help people out with any questions they have no matter how stupid the question may be. I just need to know what parts I need. Thank You.

Yes, this board is so helpful it is trying to save you the time and effort of doing something that is pointless. Just because it is a Honda doesn't mean it needs a tubular intake to go quick... ask Harry, aka 1stGenCRXer, one of this section's mods. He runs twin weber carbs.

PVC pipe, 2-3 ft probably, an elbow if you want it to be cold air. Some PVC pipe cement, it's like a paste that adheres the elbow the pipe. K&N filter too.

Unless you are just doing it for self-enjoyment, trying to explore different options, I'd by a cheap ebay intake/filter, and cut it to fit.

Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

That doesn't help at all on his car.

Stock you have "sort of" an intake already, or you should have:

The plastic pipe that comes off of the air cleaner housing goes down beside the headlight on the grille. It's pretty pointless, and removing the housing to add a hose from the carb to the fenderwell won't do anything other than mean you have to start using a more expensive filter.

This is a better carb: http://www.carbs.net/images/weber/32...tric_Choke.jpg which can be found in conversion kit K725 here, and will have these kinds of air filters [for the 36/38 DGV/DGEV carbs].

This is more intake than you'll ever need on that engine :

But that's real pricey.
