PVC pipe, 2-3 ft probably, an elbow if you want it to be cold air. Some PVC pipe cement, it's like a paste that adheres the elbow the pipe. K&N filter too.

Unless you are just doing it for self-enjoyment, trying to explore different options, I'd by a cheap ebay intake/filter, and cut it to fit.
