What color are your side view mirrors? Body color, or black ?
Most likely it is a DX. At least in Canada I know the DX's have black mirrors and the Si's have body colored mirrors. Most DX's do not have sunroofs, but I've heard of some that do -- probably added after the fact. I'm from Canada and we didn't even get the HF whatsoever, at any time... You're probably in the states though, sorry can't help more.

 

Oh yeah, I have a CRX DX 1989. It does have a stock tach, no sunroof, no A/C, no hole in the headrests, no carpet with "CRX" stitching on the doors. Pretty much a car and a car only But I love it

 

Look at your Engine and see if you have a ROUND BLACK TB, if you do then your car is DX if not then it's a HF.

 

it sounds like a DX. and my DX had a tach in it.

 

DX's have tach.
