Default Oil Leak Problem? I dunno

I was going through a tune-up on my gf's CL and took off the top of the intake manifold and found an oil surprised.

Is this normal?

i dont think there is supposed to be oil under the intake manifold, but i could be wrong.

there is supposed to be oil underneath that where the rocker and vavle springs are. Might call up a acura dealer and talk to someone in their parts/repair shop. Hopefully they dont say "oh thats bad, you better bring that in and let us work on it. While you wait, let chuck here show you the NEW TLs and RLs."

That oil is really under the top cover of the intake manifold and not under the manifold itself. Best guess I can say is replace the gasket and put on a new PCV valve after you clean all of the mess up. Run it for a month or two and recheck the condition. Are you noticing a lot of oil burning on this 3.2?

yea your right, i didnt look at the picture well enough. I think replacing the gasket is a good idea. Shouldn't be that hard, and wont cost him (RevHappy) a arm and a leg.
