speaker terminal for custom box

you want to run 0 gauge wires from the amp to the subs.... thats overkill... 10 gauge is overkill... 16 or 14 gauge is fine.

you may want 0 gauge for power though.

I sincerely hope that you understood that discussion was about your power wire from the battery and not your speaker wire.

Even 8 ga is overkill - most people run 12 when all they really need is 16.

Remember, the shorter the run, the smaller the wire can be.
