Default soundstream amps

I'm about to purchase a rubicon 702 from someone and I have two 10" 8ohm eclipse subs that I'm going to hook up to it. I would like to add another sub, same specs, to it and wire the three in parallel. The subs are rated at 150w RMS and 300 peak at 8 ohms. The amp is rated at 150wx2 at 4ohms and 700w bridged and I've heard it is underrated. For anyone with experience with soundstream amps, am I going to have enough power for 3 of these subs or should I stick with two? TIA.

what is the power rating when you bridge the amp? you should be concerned to see if the amp will operate at an OHM rating after you bridge the 3 subs.

also are the subs DVC or SVC.

subs are SVC and amp is stable at 1 ohm. When bridged, the amp is rated at 700wx1 at 4 ohm and 700wx1 at 2 ohm.

I figure the amp should be running at 2.66 ohms. Is that correct? So the three subs would be getting somewhere in the neightborhood of 700watts or 233 each. That's a little lower than I would like but I've heard these amps are underrated too so that's what I'm trying to find out.

Yes, the load will be 2.66 ohms, and if the Soundstream is stable down to 2 ohms bridged then all you math is correct. Soundstream are a tad underrated. The amount of power each sub is getting will be perfect for them if those are teh correcdt specs...
