alrighty so i installed my new cd player and it works great.. i have an ipod and i have it plugged into an rca cable thats plugged into the back of the cd player but it only plays music on the 2 front speakers. can anyone help me out with this.

the rca's on the cd player are for an amp. depending on What kind of cd player it should have at least 2 pairs, front and back. some, though not all, also have a pair of rca's for a sub. if you plugged in the ipod cable in the front rca's, thats where the sound will come from.

the rca connectiosn on the back are often ONLY outputs not inputs. If you deck has an AUX then check the setting on the dech for phasing.
