I have been trying to find a way to feed the new speaker wire from the door into the car to the amp. I have tried to find the opening inside the car but have not been able to get to it. Any suggestions?

There is a plug and tubing that goes from the door to the car. You can see it when the door it open. Just take a look at the plug that is on the car and read under the dash to locate it. Sometimes they are blocked by other things. You can also remove the plug and feed a coathanger through it...that might help a bit. Just be careful you dont damage some wires.

 

Ok, I did this for my mids and tweets in my '94 accord. It was a real pain, but if you take your time it's ok. Look at the rubber boot that feeds the door from under the dash, pull away the rubber and you'll see a molex plug. I have yet(in 12 years installing) ever seen an Acord plug that uses ALL of the available slots. I drilled out the lower sections, maybe 1/4 in holes and whala, ran my wire right into the door. You will have to unplug the molex, and pull the hinge pin so that the door opens a little further than normal, you'll need the access room! Good Luck

 

Hi i have a 1989 Honda Accord and i went and got a new stereo for my car but the wires are different.Iknow the stereo wires i just dont know the car wires. When i got the car the streeo was gone so i dont know which is which can you help me thank you.
