Default Stupid question

I want to get some new subs and I have a really stupid question. Lets say I have two 4ohm subs rated at 400 watts RMS 800 watts peak, each wired to an amp that puts out 600 watts RMS at 2 ohms. Will both the subs split the wattage between them giving me 300 from each, or will they each get the 600?

If the pair of subs are SVC 4 OHM, and you wire them together in parallel and put it to the amp. The amp will see a 2 OHM load. The amp will put out 600 watts at 2OHM. So that 600 watts will be divided evenly between the two, giving each one 300 watts.

Would wiring them in parallel still split between the two subs if they were DVC?

If you only wire them into a single channel of the amp, the power given out by the amp will be divided evenly between whatever subs are connected as long as they are the same.

If the subs are DVC, the only thing that will change is your ability to wire it to that amp. A pair of DVC 4OHM subs will net you either with 4 OHM or 1 OHM. Being in 4 OHM, the amp will not give as much power, and being at 1 OHM the amp will make more power, but might overheat (depending onthe amp)

So I could put these subs:

With this amp:

It says that it has a dual 2ohm voice coils. I went to the Rockford fosgate woofer wizard and it said that it could make a 2ohm load so I should be fine. I think.
