Default Amplifier Problem?!

Ok I have 2 amps...one American Pro 2 channel for my subs and one Alpine (3552) 4 Channel for my components. I am making a box now so the subs are currently not in the car. So I am playing my components and they seem to "CRACK" when the bass in a song happens. And most 6x9s are loud for their size. I have Pioneer 3 ways front and back. For some reason I disconnect one of the rear 6x9s....and all of a sudden it is deeper bass. Vice versa it works the same way...but when I put the both together they crack!....:wtf: either that or I need to tweak something on my amplifier. There is a Fixed and VAR setting and a L+R Stereo Mono selector. then Hi pass low pass off....
Plz help thanks

I know it matters when it comes to subs as far as the + and -. You are either running in phase or out of phase. It will make a difference in sound of subs and if you have two wired differently then you will pretty much get not bass response out of them. This may also be the case with your 6X9's.

I agree... one of the speakers is out of phase.
