Default Blown speaker

My right front speaker is blown. Should I get a new set or just replace that one speaker? I'm not an audio guy... I admit I don't know jack shit about this stuff. Please help

Is it the lower door speaker or the tweeter? I just got rid of my old door speakers when I moved . Try to find a cheap stock replacement that will plug into the OEM plug.

Depends on your long term plans.
If you want to upgrade the audio system, then buy 2 pairs of decent speakers now and pitch the shitty stock ones. If you just want a functioning system, then replace the speaker with another stock one.

In the future I just want to have a Dell DJ play all of my shit, but aren't stock speakers good enough? It's not like I blast my music everywhere.

To be blunt, no.
Not if you want the best possible sound reproduction.
Not if you want speakers that can handle sustained high volume without blowing or distorting.

If you're gonna put money into setting up an MP3 player, then spend the money for two pairs of quality 2 way coaxial speakers. I'd recommend the Infinity 625i (which is what I run in the DC4 together with a BassLink Subwoofer).

Ya know, I really oughta move this to Audio & Security. h:

I powered the stock tweeters from my amp, and put a pair of Polk Audio 6.5" Coax in the doors...4 tweeters up front, all amp powered...sounds badass

Bah, dun worry bout it.. Happy to help.

Yes they fit, but it took a bit of gentle shoving when it came to installing em in the doors. h: The rear panel speakers were a piece of cake to install.

I've gone through Crutchfield with the majority of my car audio purchases..and they're great people. I'd check with them to see if the 625i has been superceded by a new model #.

And...moved to Audio & Security. [I have to be consistent, don't I?]
