Yes they fit, but it took a bit of gentle shoving when it came to installing em in the doors. h: The rear panel speakers were a piece of cake to install.

I've gone through Crutchfield with the majority of my car audio purchases..and they're great people. I'd check with them to see if the 625i has been superceded by a new model #.
