but my mp3 player only has a headphone plug... it doesn't have the other ones

i was thinking that the mp3 player had rca outputs, and not just a single mini output.h: i forgot he was hooking up a portable mp3 player. i have a hard drive based mp3 unit in my car which has rca outputs.

Hhere ya go, this has what you need to go mini-mini, or mini-rca, or what not. Its an iPod site, but the cables are still the same.
